Larry at Pro-Tec was wonderful to work with setting up the inspection. Joe did a really detailed inspection and my report was extremely thorough. The recommendations for each area of the report were very clear and realistic. The Pro-Tec inspectors are extremely knowledgeable and working with them was an education! I feel like I got a very honest assessment of the home I am planning to buy.

Excellent experience – when I called I talked to Larry and got him in contact with my agent and they coordinated a very speedy inspection that was incredibly thorough and well-done; I was impressed at the detailed descriptions, photos, etc. The price was reasonable too, especially for the great quality service. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone who needs a home inspection!

Very happy customer! Responsive, great communication, easy to work with, and they did a great job with our home inspection. The report was thorough, timely, and you can tell they are professionals who know their stuff and check everything.

Pro-Tec inspected a home we are looking to purchase. They provided a clear and concise inspection report. The report had pictures to highlight the issues that were identified. We will definitely use the ProTec team again for future purchases.

From first contact to the very end; we couldn’t have been in better hands. It’s been a long time since purchasing a new home, much less out of state. Our realtor recommended Pro-Tec. I called for an appointment and a real person answered! They were very accommodating with our schedule. We are 3 hours out of town from where we wanted to purchase. Larry set our appointment. On the day of the appointment the buyer cancelled 1 hour ahead of it. We were rescheduled within the timeline needed to be in compliance to our agreement. The inspection by Joe was very revealing, thorough and concise. I’m really grateful for all the information. We amended the contingent inspection, and we were bumped from the sale. This was totally unexpected as we had been working with the seller for a couple months. The place has been on and off the market just short of a year.
Although this was a surprise to us as our asks were within reason; we are truly considering it a blessing as there was a lot revealed that we hadn’t seen.
I never expected to hear anything more about it and then; I received a call from Larry asking if we bought the home. I told him what happened, and he mentioned they were asked to go out again. He offered to speak with the new potential buyers to see if they wanted to buy our report. We made an offer of half the amount paid and a check came in the mail to us within a week. Protec exceeded above and beyond any of our expectations. We will be using them for our next new place as well. Such a refreshing experience after such an unexpected let down by the seller.
