Larry Wall has more than 50 years of experience in construction, housing, property ownership, rental property management, and home inspection. His background began in the early 1970s in central Wisconsin, where he worked in window and door manufacturing, mobile home manufacturing, and manufacturer service work before moving to Menominee, Michigan, in 1980.
After purchasing a masonry and concrete construction business, Larry operated and expanded the company for more than 20 years into home building, remodeling, and light commercial construction. In the mid-1980s, he founded PRO-TEC Home Inspections, the first home inspection company in Upper Michigan. In 2001, he sold the construction business and began focusing entirely on home inspections.
Larry is an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector, a licensed builder, and holds multiple specialty inspection certifications. He also previously held professional certification in lead inspection and risk assessment. Larry owns and manages rental properties, giving him firsthand experience with maintenance, renovation, and practical property ownership. He has also been active in local community organizations for many years, including Tri-County United Way, the Tri-County Landlords and Property Managers Association, and the Fuller Center for Housing.

Joe Wall brings more than 20 years of licensed construction experience in Michigan and Wisconsin to every inspection. Before joining PRO-TEC Home Inspections in 2017, Joe operated his own successful construction company for more than two decades, gaining extensive hands-on experience in residential construction, remodeling, light commercial work, lead abatement, and weatherization services.
Joe is a Wisconsin Licensed Home Inspector, an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector, and holds multiple specialty inspection certifications. His construction background gives him a practical understanding of how homes and buildings are built, how systems work together, and how visible conditions can affect maintenance, repair, and long-term ownership decisions.
A lifelong area resident, Joe has coached youth and high school sports for more than 25 years and previously served as Board President of Haven of Hope, a local homeless shelter. Joe and his wife have been married for more than 20 years and have four children. His goal is to provide thorough, honest, and easy-to-understand inspections that help clients make informed decisions with confidence.
