PRO-TEC Home Inspections is the very first and most experienced Home Inspection Company in the U.P. (Upper Peninsula of Michigan) and N.E. Wisconsin. We started out back in 1984 providing Pre-purchase inspections and later became an inspection service provider for the State of Michigan Section 8 Housing program. We also provided contract inspection services to HUD and other national mortgage companies on REO foreclosed properties. PRO-TEC also provides engineering certifications for Manufacured Home financing.
PRO-TEC Home Inspections is a full service company and the only Upper Michigan inspection company experienced in Lead-based paint inspections, Risk Assessments and Abatement Procedures. It is a family owned company, by a father/son team who are both retired licensed builders.
