Joe and his company did a lot of new construction, but also developed a great reputation in the remodeling of older homes.

Joe also contracted with the State of Michigan to perform weatherization services in Menominee and Delta Counties. Performing the weatherization jobs gave Joe a great insight into both the large and small details involved in improving the energy efficiency of homes, while still addressing any health and safety issues that may have been present.
